Jordan Ford Holiday Traditions

December 13th, 2018 by

We have many traditions at Jordan Ford, like our Ugly sweater contest for our employees!

Our favorite tradition is giving back.  Here are just a few of our favorites each year. Our food for kids program runs year round. We are on pace to help feed 2,230 kids this year with the Northern Indiana Foodbank. We are grateful for our partnerships and our committed staff and community. If you’d like to get involved with any programs at the Foodbank visit www.feedindiana.org

Our body shop and service teams save scrap metal all year to buy and assemble bikes for toys for tots…we can’t wait to see our Marine friends when they pick them up and send them to Santa!

If your are able to help Toys for Tots visit one of the local centers https://south-bend-in.toysfortots.org/local-coordinator-sites/lco-sites/donate-toys.aspx

We have a Holiday Bazaar with Heartland Small Animal Rescue each year. Usually around November you can’t miss it! Baked goodies, adoptable friends and lots of handmade crafts. All to benefit our friends at Heartland. If you’ve missed it, check our Jordan Auto Facebook page here.  If you are looking for a great pet companion or new pet family member reach out to them here at heartlandsmallanimalrescue.org

The Penn High School Band dropped by recently too. Ford has a Drive4URSchool program. Two times a year to partner with the School and help raise money for their Band. Each test drive in one of Jordan Ford’s new vehicles helps raise $20, up to a total of $6000 per event. All to benefit The Penn High school Band. If you’ve never experienced it, check our Facebook Events Page in May and September to find out the details. Go Kingsmen!

Each of these events thrives because our community helps put priority on them. Thank you for your help and constant support. We are grateful for the help and growth that our community has given over the years. We look forward to the coming year! Happy holidays!
